You will be joining a client who promotes genuine investment in their people and one who champions a consultative and collaborative approach in everything they do.
As a Client Service and Onboarding specialist you will:
Work as an integral member of the onboarding and client service team to ensure internal and external expectations are not only met the first time, every time but where possible exceeded. Your responsibilities will include:-
- Serve as the first point of contact for all parties during the onboarding phase
- Guide all parties through the web portal set up process, managing all legal, statutory and company requirements of the onboarding process
- Manage all "inbox" enquiries, responding or assigning the responsibility to respond appropriately
- Escalate any service issues to the appropriate party in line with company SLA's
- Ensure various monthly processes relating to expense approvals and payroll matters are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain the accuracy of all data files including processing all client timesheets and updating the internal database
- Provide the Senior Client Account Managers with appropriate support in their day-to-day tasks
- Various Ad-Hoc project work

If you can demonstrate that you have oodles of the following, there's a good chance you'll do well in our client's culture:-
- Demonstrable key account experience from within a B2B environment
- An instinct to want to "go that extra mile" to over-deliver client expectations
- Experience of managing databases with accuracy and great attention to detail
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- A passion for detail, the ability to deliver accuracy and quality in all tasks
- Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Able to manage your priorities but flexible enough to adapt when these change
Our client would like to invite applications from candidates with a good level of education (Ideally graduate level in a Business/Management subject) and proven Customer Service experience. If you also happen to speak a second language this would be a distinct advantage.
