Home base with travel to clients across the Midlands and London area
£45,000 - £55,000 + Contributory pension, ongoing support towards professional development, Fully expensed travel
Bespoke Recruitment are working with a successful Midlands based business in their quest to recruit an additional Functional Consultant to their UK team. As one of the UK’s leading Microsoft partners they offer a range of cloud solutions across award winning business software platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Dynamics NAV. They have a great reputation for exceeding customer expectations and have built an impressive portfolio of clients from adopting a true “partnering” approach to their client relationships.
About your role:
You will be responsible for engaging Finance/Accountancy stakeholders of their client companies, working with every level from CFO/FD through to Transactional Finance teams to gather a comprehensive understanding of their needs. Having gained the necessary understanding, you will then use your expertise to successfully delivery of every aspect of an implementation of the client requirements to be able to set up a full set up of Chart of Accounts.
Tasks will include functional installation, configuration and testing through to running workshops/training and provide a full consultancy service throughout the implementation lifecycle and beyond. Due to the nature of the role you will be expected to spend considerable time at your clients’ sites/locations and therefore you will be expected to travel as part of the role.
About you:
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a thorough understanding of Finance and Accounting issues. Ideally you will be a Technically strong, Qualified Accountant (or be working towards a financial qualification) with either extensive systems accounting experience or a strong desire to direct your career along this path. Previous use of Dynamics Nav (if not implementation experience) would be highly desirable. The perfect profile will be that your background will have been in a Finance/Accountancy role but with a transition into a more systems or implementation role thereafter. You will need to be technically minded and have strong communication/relationship management engagement skills.
